A seasoned multi-genre DJ with a passion for performance, Aidan specialises in Psy Trance and Drum & Bass but brings the versatility to energise any crowd, no matter the genre.

With a deep understanding of both the creative and operational sides of the music and events industry, Aidan ensures Velocity delivers exceptional results at every level, from artist management to live event execution. His commitment to excellence, adaptability, and leadership make him the driving force behind Velocity's continued growth and reputation for delivering unforgettable experiences.

Head of Sound & Technical Operations.

With years of experience in the music scene, Barry Birmingham brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to every performance and event. A dedicated multi-genre DJ with a strong focus on Trance, Barry is known for his ability to connect with crowds and deliver seamless sets that elevate the atmosphere.

At Velocity, Barry oversees all aspects of sound and technical operations. From audio system design to live event sound engineering, he ensures that every event meets the highest standards of clarity and impact. His expertise is instrumental in shaping the quality and consistency of the Velocity experience, making him an essential part of the team’s success both on and off stage.

Head of Design & Branding.

Tom Smith is the creative force behind Velocity’s visual identity. As the lead designer, he is responsible for producing all promotional materials, including flyers, logos, branding assets, and merchandise. With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of style, Tom ensures that Velocity’s image consistently reflects its energy and professionalism.

In addition to his design work, Tom is also an accomplished multi-genre DJ, with a particular passion for DnB. His flexibility and intuitive understanding of music allow him to perform across a wide range of styles, always reading the room and delivering exactly what the moment calls for.

International Events Manager.

Kev Blundy brings global experience and exceptional versatility to the Velocity team. A seasoned multi-genre DJ with a deep connection to the Anjuna sound, Kev has performed at festivals and events around the world, earning a reputation for his ability to create powerful, immersive sets that resonate across cultures and crowds.

As International Events Manager, Kev oversees all overseas operations for Velocity, from logistics and coordination to on-the-ground support. His calm, reliable presence and deep industry knowledge ensure that every international event runs smoothly and that the entire team has what they need to deliver outstanding performances.

Operations & Finance Coordinator.

Lea Bainbridge plays a crucial dual role at Velocity, both behind the decks and behind the scenes. As a skilled multi-genre DJ with a standout talent for Hard House and Psytrance, Lea brings high-energy sets and an intuitive connection with the crowd to every performance.

Within the team, Lea is known as the voice of reason and the one who keeps things running smoothly. From managing budgets to supporting day-to-day operations, he ensures that Velocity stays organised, grounded, and financially on track. Reliable, level-headed, and always ready to lend a hand, Lea is a core part of what keeps the company moving forward.

Accountant.

Carl Milward brings precision and passion to Velocity in both finance and music. As the company’s trusted accountant, Carl ensures all financial operations run smoothly, maintaining accuracy and transparency behind the scenes.

In addition to his financial expertise, Carl is an accomplished multi-genre DJ, renowned for his exceptional House music sets. His ability to blend genres and read the room makes him a versatile and dynamic presence both in the office and behind the decks.
